Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the items received, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of the order’s arrival. We gladly accept electrical equipment (circuit breakers, relays, and other electrical components) that are free from installation marks (such as scratches on mounting points or signs of terminal usage), have not been connected to a power supply, and remain in their original factory condition and packaging. Purchases for 'on sale' items cannot be returned. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Returns
Please follow our 3 easy steps below:
Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Contact us to request an RMA number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your authorization number along with specific shipping and packaging instructions.
Package Your Order:
Place the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original box, technical manuals, and documentation (receipt or invoice). Items returned must be in the same quality and condition as they were when sent to you. Any promotional items or free gifts included with the order must also be returned; otherwise, their full retail price will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping & Insurance:
Please use a trackable shipping method and ship the product to the address provided with your RMA. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. The RMA number must be clearly written on the receipt and on the outside of the package. If the RMA number is missing or if the box has been tampered with, the package may be returned to the sender. Note: For security purposes, do not write the contents of the package (e.g., "Circuit Breaker," "Copper Wiring," etc.) on the outside of the box.
Return Process
Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance department will conduct a technical inspection to verify that the equipment has not been installed, connected to an electrical grid, or damaged. Once your item(s) have been inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow 7-12 business days after the item has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different voltage, amperage, or model), we strongly recommend that you place a new order for the preferred item and send back the unwanted item for a refund. This is the fastest way to ensure your replacement is secured before it sells out.
